Right of withdrawal
Withdrawal, returns and refunds
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract no later than 10 (ten) working days from the date of delivery of the products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer may use the appropriate form that will be found within the “Return” section of the website, or directly within the “My Account” section if it is registered on the website. To this end, the customer must: (i) complete the on-line form with the required information, (ii) apply on the parcel the sticker label already contained in the parcel and bearing the return address, (iii) Activate a withdrawal request from the Courier Designated by LAM by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying address, telephone number and the date chosen for the withdrawal of the parcel, to be confirmed by The Courier.
A form with the instructions to follow to make the return will be inserted inside each parcel containing the products purchased.
If the customer follows the procedure referred to in the preceding paragraph, the courier designated by LAM will collect the parcel containing the returned products without any charge to the customer.
In the event that the customer does not follow this procedure, the costs of returning and any liability for loss, theft, damage or delay in delivery will be borne by the customer.
The customer agrees to return the products for which he has exercised the right of withdrawal without undue delay and, in any case, within 7 (seven) days from the date on which he has communicated to LAM his decision to withdraw from the contract.
The products must be returned in the same state in which they were delivered. The customer must therefore make sure that the products are intact and complete, never used, worn or damaged in any way, and that they are returned in their original packaging, accompanied by all the labels with which they have been received.
LAM will check the packaging and the status of the individual products returned, constituting the substantial integrity of the same essential requirement for exercising the right of withdrawal.
LAM reserves the right to refuse the return of those products which may be damaged, deteriorated, dirty or are in a state such that they are unequivocally understood to have been used for purposes other than Customer audits strictly necessary to ascertain the nature and characteristics of the product purchased.
In case of refusal of return, LAM will send special communication to the customer and will not proceed to the recrediting of the price paid by the same, reserving also the right to claim the compensation of any damage attributable to the conduct of the customer.
The reimbursement of the price of the returned products will be carried out by Lam without undue delay and in any case within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which LAM became aware of the right of withdrawal by the customer.
In any case, LAM reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until the product has been received and verified or until the customer proves that he has returned the product correctly and in an intact condition, taking into account the situation that is occurring for Before.
This refund will be made by recrediting the amount paid by the customer to be executed with the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that he does not have to Incur any cost as a result of reimbursement.
Lam shall not be liable to reimburse the delivery costs of the products if the customer has expressly chosen a type of delivery other than the standard offered by Lam.
